Ichiro’s Malt Chichibu The London Edition 2025 is a Japanese single malt whisky bottled at 50.5% ABV in a 70cl format, created exclusively for the UK market. This eighth release in the highly anticipated London Edition series showcases the exceptional craftsmanship of Ichiro Akuto and his team at the renowned Chichibu Distillery.

A blend of ten carefully selected casks, including two of heavily peated spirit, this limited-edition expression was primarily matured in ex-bourbon barrels, which bring layers of gentle sweetness and fruit. The addition of two Oloroso sherry casks imparts depth, dried fruit, and warming spice. The result is a whisky of remarkable complexity, harmony, and elegance, offering a richer, more oak-driven character with integrated peat smoke compared to previous releases.
